Sprig Toys

Tuesday, November 11, 2008
Have you heard of Sprig Toys? I hadn't until I took the kids to a new park and low and behold my little one came across this awesome Baja Scout. There is no better place for product testing than a playground full of little ones and all terrain--grass, sidewalk, sand, lots of sand.
In a sea of plastic dump trucks and sand toys PJ went straight for this little number. It's durable and easy to maneuver. So, I snatched up the item to return it to it's owner but not before I gather the necessary information for procuring said vehicle.

This is a company after my own heart. Made from eco-friendly Sprigwood - a 100% recycled bio-composite material. This Baja Scout is a kid-powered adventure vehicle, featuring battery free lights for this world famous adventure guide--ready for anything that might come his way.You KNOW this is going on PJ's birthday wishlist. (Other vehicles and adventure guides available.)

Sprig toys are pretty cool! My son has one and loves it! He doesn't like to power the light so much as he does to roll it all over the place. A friend of mine from Denver knew the people who started the company and suggested the toy. So far, so good!
