Thanks for stopping by. I know how the dinner rut can be and can fall victim myself so if I can give you any ideas, great!
The salmon pops are a tip from a friend. I actually use the frozen salmon patties from Costco and grill (from frozen!). Once they are cooked I cut into triangle and serve with toothpicks. I usually have the kids eat our food but every now and then I do a more kid-like meal. This is one of those. For the grown ups, we'll keep our patties whole and shower with lemon. I am undecided on my dipper. Likely Trader Joe's tarter sauce (it has a little kick to it).
