We are still in summer mode over here but this week will start to transition to our 'routine'. Bringing bedtimes back to a reasonable hour, remembering we have chores and responsibilities (bleh) and Mama's meal planning. I have to get back into the swing of things. As much as I love the free wheeling spirit of summer, I need a good plan when it comes to food or else I'm good for nothing in the kitchen.
So, here's this week's plan:
Shrimp tacos with mango and avocado salsa
Sweet and sour chicken
Fried rice
Egg rolls
(Mama has a night out so the fam is stuck with Trader Joe's frozen goodness.)
Pulled pork on Hawaiian rolls
Macaroni salad
Chicken picatta
Herbed angle hair
Sauteed broccoli spears
Salmon
Orzo salad
Haricot verts
