This Week's Menu: Freezer/Pantry Challenge

Periodically, I conduct a freezer/pantry challenge to eat down the 'extra' stock. This is one of those weeks. More of a minimalist week of food.

Ravioli
Greens with mushrooms
Parmesan garlic bread

Shredded beef tacos
Spanish rice
Spicy carrots

Fish with olive tapenade
Rice
Spinach saute

Leftover burritos
