So I've been a little distracted lately with my little ole blog face lift. I roped Ellie from Rainy Day Templates into helping me and I am certain she bit off more than she could chew with me. I'm not speaking of technical design features that I have been slaving away at, but rather a look that really feels like ME. Let me tell you, it took a few (probably a few too many for Ellie) drafts to figure that out.
Bless her and her patience as I struggled to lock myself into an image or "look" that I thought I could live with for awhile. I'm not a favorite person. I don't have a favorite food. Or a favorite color. Or a very best friend from childhood. I don't even really have a favorite style. I am a half full person and I like to think I can see benefits of many things.
Which makes capturing ME hard. Ellie is great at throwing options out there and letting me work through the design. I highly recommend her to anyone interested in a new look. Many thanks!
Note: The image in the header is of Christopher, our eldest, at one of our favorite beaches. It gives me a little extra boost when I see it. To me is captures our curiosity and quest to see what's out there.
