I'm actually sitting here trying to plan menus for a couple of holiday events we are hosting at our house this weekend. Arrggh, you know sometimes when it just seems like finding the perfect thing is just not going to happen? We have a brunch on Saturday morning [easy] and a family Christmas dinner Sunday. The dinner is the tough one because we have a few picky eaters in the bunch. I'm thinking lasagna might be the way to go, thoughts?

Tell me more. Is shrimp a possibility? I have a couple of yummy pasta numbers with Shrimp (easy!). If casual is ok, the meatball tortelini soup from last week is a good call. I haven't found anyone who doesn't like it (or at least who will tell me). It goes well witha fresh loaf of bread.
I can think of other ideas, just let me know what the fussers don't like.
