I love that you do this...I'm so not organized. Not to mention my kids are the pickiest eaters on the planet. Are you the lucky mom whose kids eat anything you fix? If so I must hear your secrets.

Not lucky just mean! I have three kids (with some dietary restrictions, although that is getting better) and I don't want to be a short order cook. Plus we really value our family dinner time. I try to make things they will like but also expose them to new things. (My husband is quite adventerous with food.)
They don't always have to finish everything but that is their meal and I don't make anything else. Mean, huh?

As far the planning goes, that is what I have to do in order to keep my sanity and food on hand. I can't go to the market everyday and we like fresh food whenever possible. So, I have to plan it out. You can see, though, it's nothing glamorous. You can do it!
