We recently moved into a new neighborhood, and a few nights before Halloween, we received a box of cupcakes along with a letter that said "You Have Been Spooked!" and to pass it on. (buy treats for another neighbor that hadn't been spooked yet) We were instructed to hang the "Spooked" sign on our door, so everyone would know who had & hadn't been "spooked" yet. It was so cute! I've never seen anything like that before!
I don't remember receiving any cupcakes. I'm filing this away - you can be sure of that.
