We are in negotiations for our St Patty's Dinner. He wants classic corned beef and cabbage. I prefer cod (ala fish and chips). Surely we'll squeeze both into next week's menu.
I'm still trying to figure out what is on our St. Patrick's day menu. The children and I are definitely going to make soda bread but that's as far as I've gotten.
I love it all. We are having the corned beef and cabbage with irish soda bread at our house, well at Paula's house,..... or Betsy's. I'm making the soda bread wherever we end up.
I always, always do corned beef and cabbage with Irish soda bread. I usually make two loaves so I can toast some to have with Irish Breakfast Tea. Soooo yummy.
This is where I share my inspirations, creations and motivations. You may be lucky enough to catch an occasional rambling possibly brought on by libations.
