Time to set your Tivos for Spain...On the Road Again. You've certainly heard the hype of Gwyneth Paltrow, Mario Batali, Mark Bittman and Claudia Bassols taking a foodie road trip through Spain. I have been waiting to see it and now it's finally listed on my recorder.
This will be a fun journey for me. I don't have a lot of Spanish (tons of Mexican but not many Spanish) recipes in my repertoire. You can visit the recipe section if you want to get a jump on things. I'm interested in the Pisto Manchego. Evidently it's a staple.

I know the first one has not aired yet, but I heard Friday, they are working on a part 2 . The next for Gwen and Mario, will be Italy. I'm looking forward to both of these. Lets get them on the t.v. already.
