We figure it's not too early to start talking to the kids about college. Anna is starting kindergarten in a month and we want to be sure she has goals. Christopher is well established in his academic career and we just need to nurture it. First grade will certainly be a pivotal year for him.Ha! I jest. We took a day trip back to some of my old haunts (we love San Diego!) and toured my college campus. There are plenty of new buildings and student housing but the good ole' Sun God hasn't changed a bit.

We didn't make it to Old Town or Balboa Park. I have heard Old Town is not the Old Town we know with amazing fishbowl maragaritas on the patio. Oh, the memories!
