Evidently I am on the slow boat (won't be the first time) and just learned of Trader Joe's frozen croissants. You simply let them sit out overnight to rise, pop them in the oven in the morning, and voila! A warm, fresh pastry.
We enjoyed ours paired with Jora's homemade apricot jam. Yummy!
